“NY Hockey This Week” makes its debut on Saturday morning from 10:30 – 11:30 am on 1050 ESPN Radio. My friend Don La Greca and I are the co-hosts.
Islanders coach Scott Gordon will be our guest in the first half-hour, Devils GM
Lou Lamoriello in the second half. Although we hope to squeeze in some calls from fans, please place any questions you may have for our guests or for us in the Comments area.

1. Considering the injuries to the D, and besides Witt/Streit/Martinek, who does Gordon see as the 3 leading candidates to fill the rest of the holes?
2. Is Josh Bailey a consideration to start the season?
As a side note… it makes me sick to see a “time ticker” in the upper corner of the screen on Msg+ to denote the start of the Rangers season. It’s enough the channel is drenched with Ranger related hockey.
Any chance the Isles can a season preview on TV?
