Chris, when you worked at NYI did the customer service department ever complain about the thousands of calls from female Isles fans requesting a specific usher for their section? ...and by specific I mean (points to self) THIS guy!

Which was a more exciting game at the time (before the results of the following games were known), Game 6 against the Pens in 1993 or Game 6 against the Leafs in 2002? Outside of the Volek goal, were there any more exciting times during your tenure with the Isles?

Between games 3 and 4 of the 2002 playoff series with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Mike Milbury had a videotape made to show the media penalties that were not being called on the Maple Leafs. I understand he gave a very amusing narration with many expletives while the tape was being shown. Were you present at this media briefing? What was your reaction at the time? Did you take any heat for what Mike did? Thanks very much, Chris.

Q: What are the chances of Micheal Haley ever being signed by the Islanders?
Q: Do you think Jaimie Fraser will ever wear an Islanders uniform?

Thanks for everything!

CB- former providence bruin petr kalus is now playing in europe. He played quite well under Gordon, and scored on his first 3-4 NHL shots. Totally failed in Minnesota. Showed so much promise, and would drop the gloves. Any chance the isles would take a look at him?

That is the worst photo of Mick Vukota ever.

Question: What is the deal with Colin Campbell? Does he harbor a personal vendetta against the Isles? It sure seems like it. 25- and 30-game suspensions to Simon, a slap on the wrist to Pronger. Two games to Ruutu earlier this week for a flying elbow, five games to Pock for what looked like accidental contact.

CB, you're most likely not going to answer this, but what the heck: It's the 2000 Draft, Mike Milbury has fallen in love with a cocky and brash kid from Boston (wonder why?). He's thinking about trading one of the best young players in the league (Luongo) and another kid taken very high just a few years before (Jokinen) for......(I can't even type it, it's so painful). What's going on through CB's head? Did the power of Mad Mike seduce you like a lot of other people? Also, it's pretty hard to deny that the series of events at the 2000 Draft set this team back a decade and would appreciate any nuggets on this seminal events in Islanders history.

Thanks for the answer CB. Personally, I always saw Walter and Neilson as similar centers competing for the same job, whereas Nokie seemed like he'd be more of a Sillinger-type checking center who could fill a different role. From that viewpoint, I never understood the point of the trade...I guess it was the pick that was thrown in? Speaking to Walter though, I thought last year he earned more minutes than he received during his short stay. Seemed fairly poised out there.

Would the addition of a Tavares to this team make the Islanders more attractive to some of the bigger free agents that will be available this summer? I know he is not Crosby but he is a can't miss prospect?

Thanks!
