All one has to do is look at his stats for playmaking over the past 5 years - led Canada at University level, led Utah in scoring in only 38 games played, led ECHL in points per game. Being an "out-of-market" fan, it's nice to know there's a place I can go to listen to intelligent hockey talk on the radio, even if I'm just catching up with the podcasts. Too often, the hockey stuff heard on the national shows is sarcastic and dismissive - when it's heard at all, that is. Also just listened to Seth's interviews with John Tavares, Barry Melrose, and Lou Lamoriello. Good stuff. As always, nice job, CB. The Islanders, I feel, are one of the most accesible teams in any league, and I think the fans really value that at any point we can drive out to syosset to see the guys behind the scenes. I think that this is a special thing that we get from the team, and it would be a real shame if we lost it. CB
