Those of us who have an actual grasp on the real estate development end of this whole equation, know for a fact, that there are no monumental profits to be had in developing the property surrounding the coliseum. In fact, if they get everything they want and so richly deserve, CW will still be staring a loss of $200,000,000. dead in the face. These are numbers you will never understand because you dont have the real estate savvy to understand the concepts of entrepeneurial profit on a magnitude such as the LHP will produce.
